- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and publish annual 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Design scenario-planning models for climate resilience, AI integration, and workforce evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption and ethical governance
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with R&D, product, and sustainability teams
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizations
- Manage a global network of futurists and academic researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven track record developing multi-year future-state roadmaps for complex systems
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
