Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, AGI frameworks)
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and strategic roadmaps with 18-24 month predictive insights
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging tech adoption curves across global markets
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and shape industry dialogue on 2026+ tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech) and their societal impacts
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into business imperatives
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or relevant field preferred
- Published thought leadership on tech evolution or future-of-work trends
