- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2035 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for early trend detection
- Create executive dashboards visualizing disruption risks and opportunities in emerging markets
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking frameworks
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, CFS) or equivalent advanced training
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
