Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption and market evolution
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce scenario-planning models and horizon-scanning reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations aligned with 2026 societal needs
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness across organizational functions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
