Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype futuristic business models
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Present visionary blueprints to stakeholders and executive boards with data-backed narratives
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into long-term development cycles
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Nexus Horizons as the 2026 innovation benchmark
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis with publications in futurism or tech strategy
- Mastery of scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience leading global teams in high-uncertainty environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical discipline
