Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies and socio-economic shifts
- Produce annual 2026 Vision Reports synthesizing AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation trajectories
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities aligning with 2026 market projections
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members on 2026 market positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling and scenario-planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology trends (portfolio required)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
