- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-focused R&D initiatives
- Mentor senior leadership in future-proofing organizational culture and talent strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into scalable business solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Economics, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Planning (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Demonstrated experience leading high-impact transformational projects with measurable ROI
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, global accelerators)
