Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities in next-gen technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (AR/VR, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision into commercial roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and responsible innovation
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects with measurable impact
