- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into innovation pipelines
- Represent company at global futurism forums and think tank summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proficiency with predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience with cross-cultural futures methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight projects
