Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients navigating industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-ready transformation initiatives
- Produce forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for executive audiences
- Build proprietary foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advolve clients on sustainable innovation strategies aligned with UN SDGs and ESG imperatives
- Mentor junior consultants in futures thinking methodologies and strategic communication
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented thought leadership
