Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026 market evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze global trends in sustainability, workforce transformation, and consumer behavior
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating Web3, metaverse, and neurotech developments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused R&D initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing futures strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
