Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in futurism or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or biocomputing
- Published research or patents in emerging technology (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for AI-human interaction
- Strong background in prototyping with Unity, Unreal, or similar platforms
- Exceptional strategic planning and cross-functional leadership abilities
