Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI advancements
- Experience securing DARPA/EPA grants for emerging tech
- Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 38500 governance frameworks
- Portfolio of commercialized tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools like Gartner's Horizon Scan
