Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including neuromorphic computing and decentralized AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Develop patent portfolios for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board members
- Curate innovation labs with $10M+ annual R&D budgets
- Drive ethical AI frameworks for 2026 regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neural architecture optimization, blockchain consensus mechanisms, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for moonshot projects
- Portfolio of 5+ patents in AI or quantum computing domains
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
