Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Translate technical insights into executive-ready strategic roadmaps with ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects with $10M+ R&D budgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption (cite 3+ accurate predictions)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published author in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Foresight Platform)
