Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies through 2026, including quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and their potential business/societal impacts
- Develop and present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems by collaborating with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership content on technology's evolution and its implications for global industries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology forecasting, corporate strategy, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
