Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR preferred)
- Published white papers on disruptive tech trends (3+ required)
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI development, or climate tech ecosystems
