Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential post-2026
- Develop and execute 10-year technology roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Architect cross-disciplinary innovation frameworks integrating quantum, bio-computing, and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into product roadmaps
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, TED Talks, and policy advisory boards
- Mentor a dedicated team of futurists and innovation architects
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with portfolio-level impact
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption modeling
- Proficiency in quantum algorithm design and synthetic biology integration
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to billion-dollar valuation
- Certification in Advanced Futures Methodology (AFM) preferred
