- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and innovation ROI tracking

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional innovation teams in tech-driven environments
