Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption strategies
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects with multi-million dollar budgets
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track implementation progress
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscape (NFTs, Web3, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or patents in technology innovation
- Experience managing P&L for strategic initiatives >$5M
