Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret emerging technology trends, market shifts, and societal changes to inform strategic planning.
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps and strategic plans for the next 5-10 years.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future-focused strategies into product development and business operations.
- Conduct research and present findings to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and assess new technologies, startups, and partnerships that align with our long-term vision.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative thinking across the organization.
- Monitor global technological advancements and competitive landscapes to maintain a strategic advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies); Master's or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies.
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, etc.) and their potential impact.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies.
