- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI ethics)
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across 15+ departments
- Build and manage a global network of futurist partners and academic collaborators

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (3+ case studies required)
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and board levels
