- Anticipate technological disruptions through horizon scanning and trend analysis (2026-2030)
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-month execution cycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for collaborative R&D
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications and represent company at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems architecture
- Published futurist research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience managing >50-person technical teams across multiple disciplines
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology preferred
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech solutions generating >$50M revenue
- Fluency in English with Mandarin/Spanish bonus for global stakeholder engagement
