Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2030 horizon) and develop strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Author visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Represent FutureVision Labs at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or ventures
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or biotech
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (e.g., IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption
