Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market entry
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to foster collaborative ideation and rapid prototyping
- Present compelling tech forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to gain first-mover advantages
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications to ensure responsible innovation
- Author thought leadership content positioning the company as a 2026 technology pioneer
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
