Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the company's technology innovation roadmap with quantifiable impact metrics
- Produce visionary thought leadership content (whitepapers, executive briefings, conference keynotes)
- Collaborate with R&D to evaluate emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems)
- Advise product teams on future-proof architecture and technology adoption timing
- Present strategic technology foresight to board members and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation initiatives with global research partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
