- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to access bleeding-edge research and talent
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate adoption of next-generation technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3, AR/VR) with proven implementation experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities to connect disparate technological dots into cohesive strategies
- Track record of developing successful technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) strongly preferred
- Experience presenting complex technological concepts to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or thought leadership on future technology trends
