Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with disruptive potential through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, quantum computing, and Web3 domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating and commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFP) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption
