Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Published research in emerging tech or futurism (IEEE, ACM preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and foresight frameworks
