Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (2026-2030) to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate-tech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product development with future scenarios
- Author high-impact trend reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or foresight role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence
- Published thought leadership in tech/future-focused publications
- Experience building strategic frameworks for long-term planning cycles
