Responsibilities
- Develop technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 with focus on quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and board members
- Partner with product teams to implement future-ready solutions
- Author white papers on technological paradigm shifts
- Mentor junior strategists in future-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, bio)
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Strong stakeholder management with executive presence
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
