Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or thought leadership in technology futures
- Experience with technology impact assessment methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
