Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year strategic relevance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of industry experts, researchers, and thought leaders
- Champion a culture of radical innovation and technological curiosity across the organization
- Author high-impact thought leadership content and market position papers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills with ability to distill complex information
- Credibility with C-level executives and experience influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- Published thought leader with speaking engagements at major tech conferences
- Portfolio of strategic frameworks or future-focused projects demonstrating impact
