- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and cutting-edge startups
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ years lead time
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published work in futurism or technology strategy (journal articles, books)
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizons of Innovation)
