Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and ROI measurement
- Author white papers on future tech disruption and market implications
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate frontier technology investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven expertise in emerging tech analysis (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication track record
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) or Technology Foresight
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience building innovation labs or corporate venture functions
- Deep understanding of exponential growth curves and technology adoption lifecycles
