Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technology trends through quantitative research and qualitative foresight methodologies
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype futuristic solutions with real-world applications
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology forecasting or strategic innovation
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
