Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive systems
- Anticipate disruptive trends across biotech, nanotechnology, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with market opportunities
- Produce forward-looking reports on emerging regulations and societal impacts
- Advise C-suite on strategic investments in exponential technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Curate internal 'Future Vision' presentations for stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with exposure to exponential technologies
- Proven track record in forecasting market disruptions (3-5 year horizons)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or AR/VR
- Strong background in technology commercialization and product lifecycle management
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTR) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating technology trend analysis and impact assessments
