- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global research labs
- Design ethical guidelines for responsible technology deployment in future ecosystems

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
