Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through horizon scanning and trend forecasting
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to co-develop next-gen technologies
- Drive adoption of innovation frameworks across global business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy implementations
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA) preferred
