Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for quantum AI integration and decentralized networks
- Partner with R&D to prototype disruptive solutions in generative AI and neurotech
- Present foresight reports to stakeholders, translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure responsible deployment
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futures research or innovation planning
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (white papers, patents, or industry journals)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
