As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, academic partners, and global think tanks to develop roadmaps for next-generation technologies. Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technology trends through quantitative analysis and scenario planning
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate-tech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive innovations
- Partner with product teams to incubate futuristic concepts into MVP prototypes
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning for emerging technologies
- Proven track record of successfully predicting tech trends (include portfolio)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate-tech
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and cross-impact analysis
