Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify emerging trends with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-era technologies
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or Futurology
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
- Published thought leadership on future technology scenarios
- Proficiency in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
