Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market landscapes
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and strategic alignment across R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Advose on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AI governance and quantum security
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology forecasting, strategic planning, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-level executives and boards
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
