Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce thought leadership reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Partner with product teams to incubate breakthrough innovations with 5+ year timelines
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of disrupting markets with future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Published thought leader in futurism or technology innovation (TED Talks, journals)
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field with demonstrated impact on industry evolution
