Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI models with a focus on safety and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate neural interfaces into consumer hardware.
- Establish best practices for code review, system testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in advanced AI methodologies.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Proven experience designing Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar transformer architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation.
