Responsibilities
- Design and deploy generative AI systems achieving AGI capabilities by 2026
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams developing quantum-enhanced machine learning frameworks
- Architect neuromorphic computing solutions for brain-inspired processing
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Create predictive models for climate change mitigation using satellite data fusion
- Prototype holographic interfaces for next-gen human-AI collaboration
- Secure patents for breakthrough cognitive computing architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) on neural networks
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning algorithms
- Proficiency in neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Intel Loihi)
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of systems with >10M parameter models
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical AI alignment and value alignment problems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
