Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026-vision innovation roadmaps spanning quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Architect human-centric solutions using emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and behavioral science teams
- Secure and manage innovation partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring impact on UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation leadership with demonstrable impact on future-facing projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, biotech, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Technology, Design, or Business with focus on future studies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ projects with 2026+ impact potential
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and stakeholder buy-in
