Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- PhD in Computational Biology or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of launching patented AI/quantum systems
- Expertise in agile innovation frameworks (Stage-Gate, TRIZ)
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Experience with federal SBIR/STTR grant processes
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
