Responsibilities

- Integrate quantum-resistant cryptography and next-gen security protocols

- Mentor senior engineers in emergent paradigms (e.g., swarm intelligence, synthetic biology)
- Collaborate with policy councils on AI governance frameworks for 2026+
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with quantum/AI specialization
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (2018-2023)
- Expertise in quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit) and neuromorphic architectures
- Proven track record of scaling teams to 200+ engineers
- Fluency in 3+ quantum programming languages
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing or AI from top 10 institution
- Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
