Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies; prioritize R&D investments based on ROI and societal impact
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary innovations in decentralized systems and biotech convergence
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech adoption pathways
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
- Partner with academia to shape curricula for emerging tech workforce development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market vision
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes (US/EU/Asia regulations)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Network Design)
- Experience scaling tech operations across 3+ international markets
- Portfolio showcasing patented innovations or published tech strategy frameworks
